"Yay! I'm a fan" most certainly. Delicious Jimmy John's subs, AND they brought it up to my office building (even though I stated I'd come get it from them outside...now that's service! At least compared to the JJ's in Philly...they never brought my sub upstairs) Ordered at 12:15pm, noshing down on my sub by 12:40... not too shabby for the lunchtime rush. Will be back!

Not only was my order freaky slow (took over 30 minutes) it was made incorrectly. So disappointed. UPDATE: Called to let them know about my order and Chris offered to comp my sandwich the next time. Tried the next day and got a bag a chips along with a sandwich which was pretty cool. Unfortunately, the second one was made wrong again. I added a couple of stars because at least they tried to make it right and the person I spoke to when reordering was AMAZING!! I don't remember her name but she was so friendly and awesome!

I love the beach club with sprouts! Unfortunately last time I got it I had a terrible stomach ache all afternoon at work.. :/ so I probably won't be coming back soon. Generally, this is a good, quick lunch place, they deliver, even if you are only getting one sandwich.

I'm a fan! I've been here a few times and always order the California Beach Club and I love it! I know Dan W. was not OK with the small amount of meat on it, but I'm totally OK with that because they add tons of veggies. I also like that the bread is soft so it doesn't stab the roof of your mouth. My only concern is that they only have white rolls and wheat bread. What about a wheat roll??

I had an issue with an order about three or four months ago and thought I would never go to this Jimmy Johns again. However, I spoke to the manager on the phone and he said to come in and ask for him and he would take care of me. I didn't come in for about another two or three months after it happened and he remembered the mistake with out me having to say my name or anything. I took care of my lunch and there weren't any questions asked. This manager (Manny) truly cares about his customers (if he doesn't he sure knows how to fake it...LOL) For this very reason, I will continue to go to this Jimmy Johns and not only that, I will refer my friends and coworkers. Oh yeah... I forgot... THEY ARE FAST! Just like the commercials say... Gargantuan all day... every day!

The normal amount of yumminess, but not as quick as downtown! Location is close to a highschool so take care of getting there close to their lunch time. I went on a friday at 1pm and it was pretty deserted and quiet. I love me the vito - with hot peppers and cut in half! Mmmm!

Get the #1 !! This place is near to my office, and on snow days when i don't want to go out, they are my lunch-time-Saviors. I love their #1 sandwich, which comes with french bread, smoked ham, lettuce and provolone cheese, it is unbelievably delicious. They deliver fast too- freaky fast delivery is not just a ad caption.

The food is okay, and the idea of having it delivered is great! BUT... 8 times out of 10, my orders get delivered smelling like cigarette smoke, and it's always when a specific person is delivering. His car's brakes squeal, so it's a pretty good indication to me that my food will have that smell. The moment I open the door, the smoke-filled cloud comes into my smoke-free apartment and lingers. I open the bag, take the sandwich out, throw the garbage away, and eat outside. It's embarrassing to JJ to have someone who doesn't care about their professional appearance to such a degree that someone has to leave a negative review of the whole store. But, the food is okay, and the fact that it's delivered is great!

"Subs so fast you'll freak" is what they say... I nearly freaked in the store! I enjoy JJ's almost weekly, and sometimes even a few times a week! And don't be afraid of the unwich, they're great! It's actually all I order anymore when I go to JJ's.

The customer service was nice and to the point. It had been a while since I had been in a Jimmy John's and I was surprised more people were not at this location, compared to the location off of Dry Creek. This is why I would like to review. The location was clean, and stocked, and the sandwich was fresh, and delicious. The fountain drink wasn't watered down. The restroom needed soap, but that is my only negative remark. I will be returning to this JJs for a quick lunch/dinner!

Pretty damn good...but pretty damn unhealthy for you...unless you take off the mayo they slather on. Don't try a Subway-esq diet here. I haven't heard one person complain about the sandwiches that we order for lunch at work...The bread is super tasty...I love the California Beach Club! I've used them for catering at lunch and the out of towners were really impressed with the sandwiches.

LOVE this chain!! Tried it for the first time while living in Texas. The food was always fresh and tasty though not always right but whenever the delivery guys forgot something they were always nice enough to bring it back by and rather quickly. I've ordered delivery from the location on Yosemite a couple times and it's always the right order (the first time) and just as good. Yesterday I actually went in to pick up my food and couldn't have dealt with a nicer staff. They greeted us at the door and quickly made our food. I LOVE their 7-grain bread and am a HUGE fan of the Beach Club tho I have tried many a things there and each is just as tasty. I usually add a dill pickle and chips to make it that much better. I would much rather eat here than Subway and I feel that it's just as healthy!

I'm not incredibly picky, but one thing a sandwich place needs to do is make a good sandwich. Especially if there is nothing else on the menu. Maybe I just picked a bad one, but I thought how could you mess up a ham and cheese sandwich? Well, start by only putting 2 slices of ham on it. Then use chewy white bread, way too much iceberg lettuce and not much else. At least the chips were good. I probably won't go back unless someone else drives me to lunch, then locks me in the car until we get here and I'm too hungry to fight back..

The staff and team at Jimmy John's is fantastic. They were the only spot to help me out of a jam when I needed 50 lunch boxes ready to go in about a hour. You read that right....ONE HOUR! Yeah, yeah so I forgot that all important client meeting and needed to feed about 50 people and completely spaced ordering food to be delivered to the clients office in Sheridan. So, during my panic of putting together my presentation a call to Jimmy John's did the trick. The staff was able to put together for me all of the lunch boxes of every different kind of sandwich they offered from your traditional ham and cheese to more elaborate specialties along with chips and a cookie ready in 60 minutes. The guys helped me lug these tasty treats into the ride and off to my client I went. After consuming all 50 lunches this the employees at my client were very impressed with the freshness and variety of sandwiches and chips available. Being that these folks are located in Sheridan I'm not sure if any of them had heard of Jimmy John's before. Now they are sure to take a second glance when deliberating on where to dine for a sub. I am sure I'll be back when I need to feed a clients team in a pinch. Thanks again to the DTC Jimmy John's team.

I've ordered here personally and professionally several times. They are always timely but on occasion forget extras i.e. peppers or onions. For corporate orders, they have always delivered. My one recommendation would be customer service. Just be a little more friendly. I know you just make and deliver sandwiches, but I'll tip you way more if I feel you really want to help me.

I tried to order a sandwich and it was a "slim". I assumed it meant it was smaller, so added in extra roast beef. No, it just means that it comes with meat on bread. No mayo or anything. Plus they cut the sandwich in half with a knife with avocado AND THERE WAS HARDLY ANY MEAT. If I wanted avocado on my sandwich, I would've said so. When I called, they didn't care. I'd already paid $8 for my sandwich. Will never order from them again. Plus everyone in the office agrees- 90% of the time they mess up on our orders.

Ended up calling another Jimmy John's to try to get ahold of this store and they couldn't get through to them either. Never got my order refunded. Very disappointing experience.

If we're grading just on speed, then this place would beat any quick lunch stop in the DTC hands down, even fast food joints. I swear one time they had my sandwich done before I had my change. But if we're looking at bang for your buck and quality... it's always just kind of "Eh". Reminds me of what Subway was 20 years ago. If you buy a low end sub for $5 you really get one slice of everything and the bread overpowers any kind of meat & cheese going on inside. If you spring for the deluxe sub, yes you get much more meat and toppings, but it's $8-9. For that price point I lean towards Jersey Mike's. But as I mentioned, you can't beat their speed if you're on a half hour lunch break in the DTC.

I would like to give them a better rating, but the past two or three times that I have ordered I have asked for the Avocado spread as an add on and all I get is one tiny spattering of it on a tiny bit of the sandwich. If I didn't see any at all, I would at least think they did not see that I paid extra for it, but I know they "tried" to put some on it. I was just barely there. I have called in the past to tell them when they make errors, but they are rude so I don't call anymore, The only reason for two starts instead of one is because the food is at least 3 star, but the service is negative 1.

Always fast delivery, noon or night. I feel that it is the bread makes these sandwiches so delicious. I usually get the Tuna (#3 totally tuna with cucumber, lettuce & tomato) on wheat or Turkey (#12 beach club with avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce & tomato) on wheat. Note: if you order the unwhich (lettuce instead of bread), be sure to ask for EZ mayo, as they tend to slather it on. Great for lunch catering. Easy online ordering.

After being sick in bed for 5 days I was ready for food and Jimmy Johns was calling my name. I can never remember which location delivers to my house so I called these guys and the first question out of my mouth was wether or not I am within their delivery area. The girl who answered the phone was polite and asked me to hold on a minute. I held for about 4 while she and someone else debated if I was indeed within the delivery zone. When she came back on the phone she said they would make my sandwiches and then ask the delivery driver if I was in the limits. I told her if she was unsure I could call a different location, could she just please point me to the correct one. She assured me it was no trouble as we were right on the border and they would just bring our sandwiches. 30 minutes later and our food arrives, and the driver is unhappy that he had to drive outside of the limits of their delivery zone. This was extremely frustrating since the first thing I had asked was about this. The food tastes great but I think the delivery issue could have been resolved before I even placed an order. It would have been no trouble for me to call a different store.
